records management

The Joint Archives of Holland administers Hope College's records retention program overseeing transfer, storage, preservation, reference use of inactive records, and timely destruction of outdated records.

The large collection of oral histories housed at the Joint Archives of Holland was initiated in 1977 with the help of Dr. Elton Bruins of Hope College and continued as a summer project until 2003. Along the way, many other interviews have also been recorded as opportunities arose. Click here to see the list of interviews available.
